This important health care organization, located in downtown Montreal, is currently looking for a person who enjoys contact with people to fill a position of user and training support. This person will be responsible for providing support to users, and resolving technical issues. He/She also plays a role in the training of the systems and applications used.

Responsibilities
- Provide application support to internal and external users;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity;
- Manage the ticketing system to track, prioritize and resolve support requests;
- Participate in the development and implementation of training programs;
- Train users on the use of systems, office automation applications and business applications;
- Create and update technical documentation and user guides;
- Collaborate with other members and teams to improve products, services, procedures, etc.

Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information technology or a related field;
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in French;
- Ability to perform 2% of tasks in English (technical support to English-speaking members);
- Proficiency in the Windows operating system and common office applications (Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.);
- Experience with ticketing systems (C2, Jira, etc.);
- Experience in writing documentation and user guides.
