Working in the field of health, this company located in downtown Montreal is looking for an Information Technology Coordinator.
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the coordination of ongoing projects between internal resources as well as the various service partners. He or she is also responsible for accompanying the technician (as well as those in outsourcing) and coordinating their activities.
Responsibilities
Coordination of operations:
-Provide advanced level support to resolve complex issues;
-Monitor application or program logs and follow up on anomalies;
-Ensure the communication of the objectives and priorities of the resources involved;
-Ensure effective cooperation with other departments and users;
-Identify opportunities to improve support processes and ensure that they are updated;
-Ensure the monthly follow-up of IT expenses.
Support Supervision:
-Accompany the support person in these daily tasks;
-Take charge of the catalog of products and services and ticketing;
-Ensure the distribution of tasks and ensure continuous training;
-Oversee hardware and software purchases and inventory management;
Technology Architecture
-Align technology with business needs to support the organization's strategic objectives;
-Participate in the evaluation and selection of technologies: analyze options, recommend tools and platforms;
-Ensure consistency and security as defined by corporate governance;
-Monitor the logs of the IT infrastructure as well as its various systems;
-Participate in the implementation: monitor the execution of projects to ensure the smooth operation.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training;
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position;
-Experience in resource management to carry out technological infrastructure projects;
-Fluency in French and knowledge of English;
-Have actively participated in a wide variety of technological projects;
-Occasional availability outside of regular hours.
