Customer Service Agent - 30 hours per week

You will have to:
-Contact customers by phone or email to discuss products;
-Offer after-sales service follow-up;
-Propose current promotions and advise customers;
-Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience in representing consumer products;
-Relevant experience in sales and have recognized skills;
-Certificate in sales and marketing or any other related experience (an asset);
-Good knowledge of spoken and written French, and spoken English (an asset);
-Be respectful, professional and honest.

SKILLS:
-Knowledge of Office suite software (Excel, Word, etc.);
-Good knowledge of wine (an asset);
-Knowledge of the hotel and restaurant industry (an asset).
