Working in the health field, our client is looking for an assistant to support the executive assistant to the president and the general manager. The Assistant reports to the President and CEO and will be supervised by the Executive Assistant and will provide administrative and support to affiliated associations, the legal department and the communications department.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of Council meetings.
- Prepare and follow up on documents with the relevant authorities.
- Write various documents.
- Respond to requests from affiliated associations.
- Coordinate the President's tour during the holding of Annual General Meetings.
- Perform various administrative tasks for the Legal Department and Communications Department, including file management, meeting organization, agenda management and expense report preparation.
- Replace the receptionist on an ad hoc basis.

Desired profile
- Hold a college diploma in secretarial studies, office automation or equivalent experience.
- Have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Have a very good knowledge of the Office suite, including MS SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Have an excellent command of French, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of oral and written English is an asset.
- Know how to be autonomous and proactive in the management of your files.
- Have excellent synthesis and writing skills.
- Demonstrate rigor, discretion and diplomacy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Be appreciated for your ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Be recognized for your sense of organization and collaboration.

Working conditions
- Full-time position and work schedule of 32.5 hours per week
- 12 sick days
- Summer schedule from June 24 to Labour Day
- Office closure from December 24 to January 2 (paid)
