This Quebec company working in the medical field is looking for an administrative assistant who will be responsible for carrying out secretarial, coordination and administrative tasks related to the activities of the directors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments and meetings with the Director and, occasionally, the Heads of IT and HR;
- Ensure written, electronic and telephone communications;
- Write and layout documents, reports, presentations and tables;
- Write minutes (summaries) and carry out the necessary follow-ups for certain committees;
- Conducts research, collects and validates information;
- Actively collaborate on various management projects;
- Perform the administrative activities of the directors (scanning, data entry, expense accounts, etc.);
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the right people;
- Greet visitors to the office.
Requirements
- College diploma in office automation or equivalent training;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent command of French (oral and written);
- Ability to perform 5% of tasks in English (calls, emails);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Salary 60-65K based on experience and full benefits package. The position is 100% word from the office, from Monday to Friday, for 35 hours/week.
