Specializing in litigation, this boutique firm of lawyers with recognized expertise is looking for a Communications and Marketing Manager.
Your challenge? Play a strategic role in the firm's business development and implementation of communications, marketing and positioning initiatives. You will also be involved in various projects aimed at supporting the firm's influence, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing and Communications
- Develop and deploy digital and traditional marketing campaigns aligned with the firm's objectives.
- Develop and distribute attractive content for internal and external communications (newsletters, publications, social networks, website).
- Update professional profiles (biographies, publications, news, representative mandates, etc.).
- Design communication and promotional tools (visuals, brochures, institutional documents).
Project management and coordination
- Plan and coordinate marketing projects, including partnership management, awards and conference attendance.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers, professionals, and other team members to identify business development opportunities and marketing needs
- Carry out budget monitoring of marketing initiatives and events.
Digital Marketing
- Optimize and boost the content of the website (updating, referencing, content structure).
- Contribute to the digital marketing strategy, including the management of email campaigns and the analysis of their performance.
- Manage social media platforms (including LinkedIn and Instagram) and animate online communities.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and make recommendations based on industry best practices.
Communication and branding
- Ensure the consistency and quality of the brand image across all communication media.
- Participate in the writing of bulletins, press releases, articles and content related to legal news.
Desired profile
- University degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in communications or marketing.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services (an asset).
- Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as content management systems, social platforms, newsletter software and performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Initiative, creativity, rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational capacity.
- Sense of professionalism and excellent team spirit.
