Responsibilities
- Provide advanced level support to resolve complex issues;
- Monitor application or program logs and follow up on anomalies;
- Implement and follow incident management procedures;
- Ensure the communication of the objectives and priorities of the resources involved;
- Ensure effective cooperation with other departments and users;
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and ensure that they are updated;
- Ensure the monthly follow-up of IT expenses;
- Responsible for coordinating requests for support and training to users;
- Coordinate requests for technical problems with the outsourcing team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in assigning and monitoring team tasks to carry out infrastructure and networking projects;
- Diversified experience in technology project management;
- Fluency in French;
- Ability to perform 2% of tasks in English;
- Occasional availability outside of regular hours.

This medical company, located in downtown Montreal, is looking for a User Support and Training Officer for its information technology department, for a temporary mandate of at least 3 months. The incumbent is responsible for providing user support and resolving technical issues. He or she also plays an important role in the training of the systems and applications used.

Responsibilities
- Provide computer support to users;
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity;
- Manage the ticketing system to track, prioritize and resolve support requests;
- Participate in the development and implementation of training programs;
- Train users on the use of systems, office automation applications and business applications;
- Create and update documentation and user guides;
- Collaborate with other members and teams to improve products, services, procedures, etc.

Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information technology or a related field;
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in French;
- Ability to perform 2% of tasks in English;
- Proficiency in the Windows operating system and common office applications (Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.);
- Experience with ticketing systems (C2, Jira, etc.);
- Experience in writing documentation and user guides.
