A medico-aesthetic clinic based in Ville St-Laurent is looking for a dynamic and experienced person who will act as a call center attendant.

- Conduct telephone reminders to customers.
- Provide accurate and complete information about our services and products.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer requests, messages and complaints to ensure quality service.
- Complete the electronic documents necessary for the compilation of internal statistics.
- Be comfortable with managing and updating physician and departmental schedules.

Skills required:
- Three years of relevant experience
- Bilingualism French/English
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Be energetic and dynamic
