This rapidly expanding law firm is looking for a lawyer with 7 years or more of experience practicing in the fields of civil and/or commercial litigation.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS
-Member of the Quebec Bar
-Experience working in a law firm, in litigation with proven experience in real estate litigation and/or construction litigation and latent defects and/or shareholder disputes
-Excellent legal analysis and drafting skills
-Be rigorous
-Be able to work in a team, while demonstrating autonomy
-Oral and written communication skills in French and, for some mandates, English
-Good adaptability
