This renowned law firm is currently looking for a Communications and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing and Communications team in its Montreal office on a twelve-month contract basis.

Role and responsibilities of the position
- The incumbent will coordinate activities related to the translation, publication and distribution of marketing content.
- As an integral member of the Marketing Operations team, she/he will work closely with the translation, communications, digital marketing, creative services and marketing technology teams. Acting as a liaison point between translation and marketing workflows, she/he will take care of all the pre- and post-translation steps, in collaboration with her/his colleagues in the Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities

Content Coordination
- Receive, sort and assign translation requests to the translation team;
- Coordinate the implementation of translations with the relevant teams, including graphic design and digital marketing;
- Ensure that deadlines are met at all stages of the process;
- Obtain final approvals before broadcasting;
- Ensure the filing and archiving of documents, as well as version management.

Digital Marketing
- Publish content marketing elements (articles, web pages, biographies, etc.) in French on the firm's website and social networks, as well as their updates and corrections;
- Collaborate with the marketing technology team to distribute articles written by lawyers to the appropriate mailing lists;
- Conduct tests of email campaigns in French (invitations to events, seminars, etc.).

Production and coordination of graphic productions
- Review and correct the proofs of documents designed to ensure impeccable linguistic quality;
- Manage final changes and approvals of creative materials in a timely manner;

Compliance and SEO
- Detect, using specialized tools, Web accessibility compliance problems on the French site and ensure their rapid resolution;
- Optimize French web content for SEO using the tools provided.

Required skills
- Post-secondary diploma in communications, digital marketing or related field;
- One year of relevant experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment - experience in professional services an asset;
- Excellent bilingual communication skills;
- Excellent command of written French;
- Ease in learning and using new technologies and digital platforms;
- Experience with project management software or collaborative platforms (an asset);
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in managing web content using a content management system (CMS);
- Experience in social media management (e.g.; Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or SocialPilot);
- Exceptional sense of detail, autonomy, rigor and excellent organizational skills;
- Professionalism, reliability, punctuality, discretion and team spirit.
