The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and will be able to take on several administrative responsibilities such as:
-Prepare legal documents;
-Ensure rigorous follow-up of files and deadlines;
-Ensure the efficiency of the organization of the work for which he or she is responsible;
-Reviewing documents and correspondence;
-Perform time entries and expense tracking;
-Ensure the effective management of agendas;
-Communicate with customers when required.

Required experience and knowledge
-Hold an AEC in paralegal technology or a DEP in secretarial work or equivalent;
-Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant in corporate and transactional law;
-Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

-Ability to work under pressure;
-Ability to work independently and in a team;
-Great rigor and attention to detail;
-Professionalism, discretion and diplomacy.
