Warehouse Clerks

This government agency, located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, is looking for two warehouse storekeepers for temporary positions of approximately one year.

To access this position, you must have a reliability status, a driver's license, and steel-toed boots!

We are looking for people who are orally bilingual (French and English) with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ideally, you have experience working in a warehouse, shipping environment or distribution center or experience in the maintenance and storage of goods or equipment.

Other requirements
-Knowledge of the supply of goods, shipping and receiving and in keeping an inventory;
-Knowledge of the Office suite;
-Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively;
-Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
-Ability to demonstrate integrity and respect;
-Ability to work effectively with others;
-Demonstrate initiative and be action-oriented;
-Have good communication skills.
-Ability and willingness to work in variable environmental/weather conditions;
-Be able and willing to lift loads of 20 kg;
-Be able and willing to do training related to the duties of the position to be staffed;
-Consent and be able to work in a warehouse with minimal supervision; and
-Agree to and be able to work pre-authorized overtime.
