- Prepare background requests to the law firm
- Registration of files in group insurance
- Compilation of timesheets
- Prepare payroll on Nethris
- Entry in the salary journal
- Payment of union dues
- Monthly report of new hires and departures
- Purchase office supplies
- Petty cash management
- Prepare and make the deposit at the bank
- Assist the Director of Finance in the production of monthly financial statements
- Enter monthly adjusting entries
- Preparation of bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly statistics
- Prepare cheques for funds transfers
Requirements and Experience
- College diploma in accounting
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks
- 2-5 years of experience
