This firm is currently looking for a legal assistant in litigation and administrative law to fill a full-time, in person position. The person will be required to work primarily for two lawyers in the firm. The position is available immediately and offers interesting and competitive working conditions on the market.

Key Responsibilities:
-Management of files, agendas, correspondence and legal documents;
-Preparation of various procedures and other related documents;
-Research (Strategis, Cidreq, RDPRM, Land Registry, etc.);
- Opening and archiving of files;
-Photocopying, document scanning, filing and other related administrative tasks;
-Invoicing of work in progress.

Desired experience and skills:
-Minimum of relevant experience as a legal assistant;
-Mastery of advanced functions of Word (essential), Office and JurisConcept;
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of files;
-Autonomy and resourcefulness;
-Sense of responsibility;
-Rigour, meticulousness and attention to detail;
-Dynamism, versatility and flexibility;
-Ability to work in a team.
