Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure the maintenance of the agenda and files, including the management of deadlines
-Ensure the rigorous management and follow-up of customer files, ensuring their confidentiality
-Prepare, review and format legal documents, including procedures, exhibits, authorities, forms, letters and other correspondence
-Carry out the procedures with the tax authorities
-Coordinate with various stakeholders (clients, bailiffs, stenographers, opposing lawyers, etc.)
-Perform administrative tasks: opening and closing files, conflict searches, time entry, invoicing, credit notes, expense accounts, filing, etc.
-Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications:
-College diploma in legal secretarial studies (an asset)
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field, in a similar position
-Knowledge of documents and procedures (civil procedure and Federal Court)
-Master of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
